Frequently asked questions

Is your menu suitable for vegetarians/vegans?

Yes, we have plenty of options for both. All vegetarian/vegan items on the menu are cooked/prepared entirely separate from other products. Please let our staff know of your dietary requirements upon arrival and they will do their best to help.

What is the wait time for food?

All of our food is cooked fresh to order so during busier periods there may be a little wait. However, we have processes in place to ensure food is served in a timely manner. We advise always calling ahead of time and placing your order. That way we can have it ready to collect upon your arrival.

What is Gluten Free on your menu?

We also cater for those with gluten intolerance. Many of the items in the build-a-box section of the menu is gluten-free (besides noodles and mac n cheese) and we also offer a range of gluten-free sauces for the build-a-boxes too. Our menu includes icons to indicate which items are Gluten-Free, Vegetarian or Vegan, so please refer to this when making your choices.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we offer delivery to the following post codes FY1, FY3, FY4 and parts of FY2, FY6 and FY8. Please call and place and order if you’d like delivery. Alternatively, you can order through our online platforms. Please note that all deliveries will incur a charge based on the distance of the delivery.

Is there parking?

Yes, we have limited spaces directly outside the shop. Fortunately, we are right across the road from Lidl’s big car park which is free to park for up to 3 hours.
